My balance sessions incorporate components of exercise that will help you improve balance and hopefully avoid falling. A well-designed exercise program for balance needs performance of balance exercises in conjunctions with additional tasks. And the design first and foremost must take into account the safety of the exercise. Our population is aging, compared with 2014, by 2030 there will be an estimated 55% increase in the older adult population.
