Join me at WorkoutStylesWorkoutStyles for individual and small group fitness classes. These sessions are not only fun and engaging but also provide a supportive environment where you can work towards your fitness goals individually or alongside others. From high-intensity interval training to balance sessions, we offer a variety of programs that cater to all fitness levels. Experience the energy and motivation that comes from working outdoors.

Balance and Fall Prevention Classes

Balance training sessions available for all ages and levels.

My balance sessions incorporate components of exercise that will help you improve balance and hopefully avoid falling.  A well-designed exercise program for balance needs performance of balance exercises in conjunctions with additional tasks. And the design first and foremost must take into account the safety of the exercise.  Our population is aging, compared with 2014, by 2030 there will be an estimated 55% increase in the older adult population. With this in mind, consider that the fall rate for otherwise healthy individuals over the age of 65 is around 35-45%.  Want to hear more about balance training? Contact me.
