For our first workshop of 2024, we are focusing on Balance. The workshop will include balance exercise for all ages and abilities. There will be an information take home handout that will also be available online. Check back here from time to time as we add drop in sessions and workouts.
Join me for my Drop-In Workouts and Workshops in Griffith Park in the New Year. I'm providing low cost high energy sessions with creative themed workouts. Each session is one hour and the theme varies. There is bound to be a session you can't stay away from! The fee for these drop-in sessions is $15 per person.
To participate, download the files, fill them out, and return them to nancy@workout-styles.com prior to your first workout. The forms only need to be filled out once unless something changes with your emergency information. Then, choose the workout you want to attend and pay through the link or contact me to pay with an alternative method.
Every class will have a complete description and will be listed on this website so check back often. Interested in a particular focus for one of the workouts? Feel free to share your ideas and I'll do my best to add it to my Drop-In Workouts.
What you need to know:
Pets are welcome (leashed)
All ages and levels are encouraged
First time participants must sign waiver prior to first session
You can book private groups, contact me for details
Workout/Workshop guided by ACE-Certified Personal Trainer
Workout Swag Bag for all first time participants
Take-home exercise instruction and/or workshop hand-out
